Sommerbold på heden (Summer ball on the moor) is organized by Hammerum IF special football. Click on the picture on the left side to watch a film from last years event. Our motto is that lack of money must not stand in the way of playing football. That is why it is completely free to participate in our events. In 2023, it will be the eighth time that we and our dedicated sponsors give footballers with disabilities and general learning difficulties the opportunity to participate in the football party of the year. Hammerum is located right in the heart of Jutland with easy access from the central Jutland highway, making transport to and from the event as easy as possible. Included in the price of DKK 0 is lunch and a souvenir for players and coaches. For Zealand and Swedish teams, we offer to pay the bridge toll – both Storebælt (Great Belt) and Øresund (The Sound). Free of charge (incl. meals) it is also possible for players, coaches and relatives to spend the night from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday at the school right next to the pitches. In the neighboring city of Herning you also find many hotels and motels if you want to arrange the sleepover yourself.
